Shipping Information

Orders placed on weekdays are typically processed within 1 business day. However, orders placed on Friday evening or during the weekend may require slightly longer processing times.

Once shipped, your order is expected to arrive within 8 to 12 business days.

Restocking Policy

If your order is returned due to any of the following reasons:

• An incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout.
• Delivery refused or declined by the recipient.
• Failure to respond to the courier's delivery or redelivery attempts when applicable.

We reserve the right to charge a 50% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

In some cases, shipping carriers may offer a redelivery option. If the redelivery is declined or not arranged within the carrier's specified timeframe, the 50% restocking fee will apply.
