Chloe Studio shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including customs procedures, strikes, or other external events.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

5.1

Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 30 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.

5.2

To initiate a return, customers must first contact us by email at (STORE EMAIL) and provide the following information:

• Order number
• Reason for the return
• Full name
• Address
• Photos of the product (if the return is due to a defect)

5.3

Important: Returns are not free of charge. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Returned items must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia. The return address will be provided by email.

5.4

Products must be returned unused, clean, with all accessories included, and in their original packaging.

5.5

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

5.6

We reserve the right to reject returns for products that have been used, damaged, or returned without a valid reason.

6. Legal Warranty

All our products are covered by the statutory legal warranty applicable under current consumer protection laws.

6.2

If a product is defective, customers are entitled to repair, replacement, or, where applicable, a refund, provided the defect was not caused by misuse or improper handling.
